Hiring a Customer Service Virtual Assistant

We're hiring a VA to own customer service for our ecommerce business. This is a long-term role with consistent work, clear structure, and real room to grow.

The Role
Manage, categorize, and respond to all inbound customer service
Follow existing SOPs, and help build new ones as we scale
Take ownership: if something's slipping, flag it and help fix the system, not just the symptom

Must-Haves
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Reliable internet, available for video calls
Experience with Shopify ecommerce businesses
Highly organized, precise communicator
Able to work autonomously. We're looking for someone who solves problems before they're asked to
