About the Role

Urgent: Assertive Logistics & Driver Operations Liaison (US Shift / Flexible Hours)

Company: Nexxtmove Staffing LLC
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Hours: Flexible split shifts within 6:00 AM EST – 9:00 PM EST (Must be available on-call during these hours; not working the entire window)
Location: Remote

About the Role

Nexxtmove Staffing LLC is seeking a high-energy, assertive, and highly organized Logistics Liaison to anchor our driver and courier operations. This is not a passive data-entry role. You will be the direct virtual point of contact for our couriers, ensuring absolute accountability, punctuality, and operational efficiency.

If you are soft-spoken, passive, or prefer waiting for instructions, this role is not a fit for you. We need a strong communicator with a stern, professional demeanor who knows how to command authority, enforce schedules, and get things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active Recruitment Support: Call, vet, and clear applicants for open courier and driver roles efficiently.
  • Driver Dispatch & Accountability: Monitor driver chat channels actively. Ensure drivers log in on time, show up for their shifts, and maintain high performance.
  • Virtual Point of Contact: Serve as the primary, go-to liaison for drivers throughout the day to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Operations Enforcement: Firmly handle call-outs, tardiness, or performance issues, ensuring delivery schedules remain uninterrupted.

*Required Qualifications & Traits**

  • Assertive Communication Style: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You must be firm, confident, and direct when speaking with drivers and applicants.
  • High Availability & Flexibility: Ability to work split shifts or remain on-call between the hours of 6:00 AM EST and 9:00 PM EST.
  • Logistics Experience: Previous experience in dispatch, driver coordination, logistics, or high-volume call center environments is highly preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive attitude. You don't just report problems—you solve them before they impact operations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Fast learner with communication channels (Slack, WhatsApp, or Viber) and dispatch tracking tools.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a backup power/internet solution.
  • A quiet workspace free from background noise for professional phone calls.
  • Modern laptop or desktop computer with a high-quality headset.

How to Apply

If you are a driver-seat operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, please reply with:

1. Your updated resume.
2. A brief summary of your experience managing drivers or working in logistics.
3. A 1-minute audio recording introducing yourself (applications without audio will not be considered).

Salary wage is entry level with room to grow. Must see work ethic before growth.
