About the Role
We are launching a business podcast focused on entrepreneurship and passion. We need a Post-Production Partner, not just a cutter. You will take 60 minutes of raw, multi-cam conversation and turn it into a polished, broadcast-quality episode that commands authority.
The Role:
- Narrative Editing: Tighten the conversation and remove fluff without making the cut feel robotic or jumpy.
- Visual Context: Overlay relevant charts, news headlines, and data points to illustrate the conversation.
- Retention Strategy: Structure the opening hook to maximize watch time.
Requirements:
-Experience editing business/educational "talking heads."
-Strong motion graphics (lower thirds, smooth transitions).
-Ability to repurpose long-form episodes into social clips.
