WordPress Web Developer & GHL Specialist

About the Role

We're a portfolio of home services brands (HVAC, water treatment, commercial services, athletics) looking for a skilled VA to own website builds and digital marketing execution across multiple business units.

Primary Responsibilities (Must-Have Skills):
-Build, launch, and maintain WordPress websites from mockup to production
-Mobile optimization and responsive design across all site properties
-On-site SEO (meta tags, schema markup, page speed, internal linking, image optimization, URL structure)
-Manage multiple concurrent website projects across different brands
-Collaborate with internal team on content, copy, and design direction

Current Project Queue:
-Complete and launch a water treatment services website (in progress, needs mobile optimization + edits)
-Rebuild a commercial cleaning services website from existing site not on WordPress
-Build and optimize an athletics/events division website from scratch
-Ongoing mobile optimization and SEO audits across all properties

Secondary Responsibilities (Bonus Skills, Not Required):
-Build landing pages and funnels in Go High Level (GHL)
-Create and manage automations/workflows in GHL (SMS, email sequences, lead routing)
-Execute email marketing campaigns (drip sequences, re-engagement, newsletters)
-Set up and manage marketing campaigns within CRM/automation platforms

Requirements:
1. Proven WordPress development experience (themes, page builders, custom CSS)
2. Understanding of on-site SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals
3. Mobile-first design mindset
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently across multiple projects
5. Excellent communication via Slack
