Discord MOD

As our ---------- Community Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining a positive, engaging, and supportive community. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our members, answering questions, guiding users, and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicating online, and being part of an active community.

Responsibilities:
-Actively monitor ---------- throughout your shifts.

-Escalate important issues or feedback to the Zennbot team.

Requirements:
-Excellent written English communication skills.
-Friendly, approachable, and naturally positive personality.
-Previous experience using ---------- .

-Ideally has some personal trading experience (manual or automated).
-Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with frustrated members.
