About the Role
Hello,
I’m looking for a reliable, full-time assistant to help manage and grow TikTok advertising campaigns.
Your tasks will include:
- Boosting engagement on ad creatives (likes, comments, shares)
- Setting up and managing TikTok ad campaigns in Ads Manager
- Monitoring ad performance and flagging issues
- Communicating updates via Discord/Telegram
What I’m looking for:
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager is a big plus
- Comfortable following detailed guides
- Good attention to detail — small mistakes cost money
- Reliable, fast communicator
- Available daily
I will train the right person and provide clear examples. This is ongoing, daily work with room to grow.
