HR Manager

CT Shift | Full-Time Remote Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors
• Maintain organized employee and contractor records
• Track wage changes, promotions, staffing updates, and terminations accurately
• Coordinate payroll-related organization and timesheet reviews
• Ensure HR files, agreements, and compliance documents remain current and organized
• Monitor contractor and employee compliance with company procedures and operational requirements
• Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Assist leadership with HR-related operational management and staffing organization

Administrative & Operations Support:

• Maintain organization across company systems, files, spreadsheets, and internal records
• Assist leadership with operational coordination and administrative support
• Ensure internal systems and employee records remain accurate and updated
• Help maintain overall operational organization across departments
• Communicate professionally with management and tea ---------- mbers regarding staffing and operational updates

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Head HR, HR Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role required
• Strong experience managing remote teams, onboarding, staffing organization, and HR administration
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Experience handling confidential business and employee information
• Comfortable adapting to rapid operational and staffing changes
• Experience with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, payroll coordination, and remote communication platforms preferred
