Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development and evolution of complex, production-level applications. This position is ideal for someone who goes beyond writing quality code and is confident making architectural decisions, resolving complex technical challenges, and building seamless backend-to-frontend experiences.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing high-scale production systems and understands how technical decisions affect application performance, concurrency, reliability, payment workflows, and customer data.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and support scalable backend and frontend applications.
-Lead architecture decisions and ensure production systems are maintainable, reliable, and scalable.
-Build responsive, real-time user experiences by connecting backend services with browser-based applications.
-Create and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas with a strong focus on transactions, locking, constraints, indexing, and performance.
-Utilize Redis in production for caching, Pub/Sub messaging, and distributed locking.
-Develop and maintain WebSocket-powered features capable of handling high levels of concurrent users.
-Build and support payment functionality, including subscriptions, refunds, and dependable webhook processing.
-Deliver customer-facing features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
-Investigate and resolve production issues that could impact financial transactions, customer data, service availability, or overall system reliability.
-Leverage LLM-assisted development tools to enhance code quality and engineering efficiency.
-Clearly communicate technical approaches, trade-offs, potential risks, and architectural decisions with leadership and key -stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer.
-Strong English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and architectural decisions effectively.
-At least 5 years of experience designing and developing production-grade full stack applications using:
•Node.js & TypeScript or Python
•React (or equivalent)
•JavaScript
•HTML5
•CSS3
•REST APIs
•HTTP/HTTPS
•JSON
•Git
•npm/pip
-At least 5 years of experience designing and optimizing relational databases using:
•PostgreSQL
•SQL
•Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
•Transactions, concurrency, locking, schema design, constraints, indexing, and performance tuning.
-At least 3 years of production experience with:
•Redis
•Pub/Sub
•Distributed Locks
•In-Memory Data Stores
•WebSocket-based real-time applications over TCP/IP
-At least 3 years of experience implementing payment solutions involving:
•Stripe (or equivalent Payment Gateway)
•Payment processing
•Subscriptions
•Refunds
•Reliable webhook handling
•REST APIs
•HTTPS
•JSON
•Webhooks
-At least 2 years of experience delivering production-ready AI features using:
•LLM APIs
•AI SDKs
•Prompt Engineering tools
•End-to-end application development

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience building or maintaining large-scale production platforms serving hundreds of thousands to millions of users.
-Proven experience driving architectural decisions for production software.
-Background supporting business-critical systems where failures could affect financial operations, data integrity, security, or service continuity.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex production issues.
-Comfortable presenting technical risks, architectural trade-offs, and implementation decisions to both technical and business audiences.
-Demonstrated ownership and accountability for production systems and technical outcomes.
