5% of the net assignment fee on every closed deal
Weekly and monthly performance bonuses

Part time (20-25 hours/week)
Monday-Friday
10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help grow our real estate investment company focused on buying off-market residential properties in Texas.

We provide the leads, dialer, CRM, scripts, and systems. Your role is to speak with motivated homeowners, negotiate win-win offers, and secure signed purchase agreements.

Responsibilities

• Call pre-qualified seller leads daily (approximately 100-150 dials/day)
• Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
• Gather property details and estimate repairs
• Negotiate purchase prices within company guidelines
• Secure signed purchase agreements
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and manage follow-ups
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Requirements

Previous real estate wholesaling acquisitions experience is required

• At least 1 year of acquisitions or wholesale real estate experience
• Fluent English with a confident, professional speaking voice without sounding scripted
• Strong negotiation, follow up, and objection-handling skills
• A competitive, coachable, results-driven mindset
• Reliable high-speed internet and quality headset
