About the Role
- Minimum 2 years in an Australian specialist medical practice

- Proven Clinic to Cloud experience (not just willingness to learn) - no negotiation
- Medicare and private health billing knowledge
- Managing referrals and incoming correspondence
- Preparing specialist letters
- Booking surgery and consulting appointments
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking with anxious oncology patients
Reliable internet
- Available during Australian business hours
