We’re Hiring: Facebook Ads Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

We are a fast growing marketing agency helping gyms and fitness studios worldwide generate consistent leads through Facebook and Instagram ads.

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns. This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone confident in executing campaigns, understands performance data, and cares about getting results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish
• Optimising campaigns based on performance data and insights
• Reviewing ad creatives and copy with strong attention to detail
• Testing new angles, ideas, and strategies to improve results
• Working closely with the team to continuously improve campaign performance

You Must Have

• At least 2 years experience running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads
• Experience with lead generation campaigns (bonus if for gyms, fitness, or local businesses)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
• A structured, analytical mindset when reviewing campaign performance
