Real Estate Aquisitions Representative

A Real Estate Acquisitions Representative is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and facilitating the purchase of residential or commercial properties that align with the company’s investment strategy. This role involves lead generation, seller communication, property evaluation, and assisting in closing transactions. Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales experience (real estate or phone sales preferred)
Basic understanding of real estate market and property valuation
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
Familiarity with real estate investment software such as Flipster is a plus
