Order Fulfillment & Quality Control Assistant (Shopify) – Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Quality Control Assistant to join our e-commerce team.

At the moment, this is a very small part-time position (approximately 1 hour per week) because we are currently rebuilding our operations and processing a limited number of orders. As our store grows, there will be opportunities for more hours and additional responsibilities.

Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important. Our goal is to provide customers with the best possible experience while minimizing shipping errors and product quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Process Shopify orders.
• Forward orders to our suppliers.
• Verify every order before it is processed.
• Check customer information for accuracy.
• Track shipments and update tracking numbers.
• Monitor orders until they are successfully delivered.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status.
• Report delayed or problematic orders.
• Perform quality control checks before orders are fulfilled.
• Help identify potential product quality issues.
• Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and video training.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Shopify order fulfillment.
• Experience working with suppliers (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, private suppliers, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good written English.
• Able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Willing to follow detailed SOPs.
• Experience handling quality control or reducing customer complaints is a strong advantage.

• Understanding of tracking systems.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations.
• Experience working with fashion or dropshipping stores.
