Senior UGC & Creator Partnerships Manager

Location: Remote, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $1,250–$1,500 USD per month, depending on experience
Reports To: Head of Creative
Level: Experienced Manager / Department Owner

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UGC and creator partnerships professional to build and own our creator program from the ground up.

This is not a junior coordinator, virtual assistant, or basic influencer outreach position.

You will be responsible for creating the systems, relationships, and creator network that allow our creative team to produce a consistent volume of high-quality UGC advertisements.

Our creative strategists develop the concepts, scripts, hooks, and briefs. You will take ownership of everything that happens after the brief is completed.

You will find the right creators, recruit them, build long-term relationships, assign briefs, manage production, review submissions, request revisions, and ensure each video matches the creative strategist’s vision.

You will also build and manage a private creator community of approximately 50–100 dependable creators who can regularly accept paid content assignments.

We are not looking for someone who needs to be told every step.

We are looking for someone who can assess the current situation, build the department, establish the processes, identify problems, and continuously improve creator output.

Your Mission

Build a dependable creator production system that consistently turns creative briefs into high-quality, on-time UGC advertisements.

You will be expected to own:

  • Creator sourcing and recruitment
  • Creator qualification and onboarding
  • Creator relationships and retention
  • Brief assignment
  • Production tracking
  • Content quality control
  • Revision management
  • Rate negotiation
  • Usage-rights coordination
  • Creator performance tracking
  • Community engagement
  • Reporting and process improvement

What Ownership Means in This Role

You will not simply complete assigned tasks.

You will be expected to:

  • Design the creator recruitment process
  • Build the creator database
  • Establish creator qualification standards
  • Create onboarding procedures
  • Build and manage the private Slack community
  • Develop systems for posting and assigning briefs
  • Establish deadlines and follow-up processes
  • Create quality-control checklists
  • Build creator scorecards
  • Identify gaps in the creator network
  • Recommend when creators should be retained or removed
  • Report on production performance
  • Improve the system without waiting for constant direction

When a brief is handed to you, the creative strategist should be able to trust that the correct creator will be selected, the assignment will be managed, and the footage will be delivered correctly.

What We Are Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have successfully managed UGC creators, influencers, talent, or content production
  • Have built or significantly improved a creator program
  • Understand short-form direct-response advertising
  • Can distinguish between average content and performance-focused creative
  • Are comfortable giving clear revision feedback
  • Can manage dozens of active creator relationships and assignments
  • Have strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
  • Are highly organized without needing constant supervision
  • Can build processes and document systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Take responsibility when projects are late or off-brief
  • Think like an owner rather than an assistant

Required Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, content production, or a closely related field
  • Experience directly managing creators and content deliverables
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting creators
  • Experience reviewing and approving short-form video content
  • Experience negotiating rates, deliverables, and timelines
  • Experience using project-management and communication tools
  • Evidence that you have owned projects or programs rather than only supported them

Experience with ecommerce, beauty, skincare, wellness, or paid social advertising is strongly preferred.

Compensation

The salary for this position is:

$1,250–$1,500 USD per month

This is a full-time, long-term management position.

The strongest candidates with relevant UGC, direct-response, creator-network, and department-building experience will be considered at the top of the range.

Additional performance-based compensation may be introduced based on measurable outcomes such as:

  • Active qualified creators recruited
  • Approved videos delivered
  • On-time delivery rate
  • First-submission approval rate
  • Creator retention
  • Production capacity
  • Cost per approved deliverable
  • Overall health of the creator community

How to Apply

Please submit:

1. Your resume.
2. A short introduction describing your relevant experience.
3. An example of a creator, influencer, or content-production program you owned.
4. The approximate number of creators you have managed.
5. A description of the systems or processes you built.
6. An explanation of how you would recruit 50 qualified creators for a skincare brand targeting women over 50.
7. Your expected monthly salary.
