Experienced Meta Ads Specialist for Cleaning Company

We are looking for an experienced Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads Specialist who has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads for local service businesses—preferably cleaning companies.

Please only apply if you have successfully created, managed, and optimized Meta ad campaigns that generated consistent leads on a limited budget. We are not looking for someone who is learning or wants to experiment with our account.

Responsibilities
Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish
Create high-converting lead generation campaigns
Build and optimize audiences, creatives, and ad copy
Monitor performance and continually optimize for the lowest cost per lead
Manage campaigns while staying within a modest advertising budget
Track results and provide recommendations to improve ROI
Requirements

-Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns
-Experience generating leads for local service businesses (cleaning companies preferred)
-Ability to work with a low advertising budget while maximizing results
-Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization
-Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
-Excellent communication and reliability
