Remote Operations Manager – Pest Control (US Company, FL/GA)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We're a multi-state pest, termite, bedbug, and wildlife control
company operating across Florida and Georgia, looking for a
sharp, dependable Remote Operations Manager to run the day-to-day
engine of our service operations.

You'll be the central point of coordination between our US field
teams, dispatch, scheduling and back-office staff. This is a leadership role
you'll manage people, hold the team accountable, and keep
operations moving without constant oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple markets (FL/GA)
• Manage and support offshore back-office and dispatch staff
• Coordinate technician scheduling and route flow in FieldRoutes
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups in ClickUp
• Monitor lead flow and customer records in HubSpot
• Communicate clearly with US-based managers throughout the day
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
• Report daily on KPIs, open items, and team performance

Requirements:

• Proven operations or team management experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong leadership presence able to direct and hold a team

accountable

• Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
• Comfortable with FieldRoutes, ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, and

Google Workspace (or fast to learn)

• Reliable internet and quiet remote workspace

Schedule:

• 6 days per week (service industry Saturdays required)
• Must overlap with US Eastern Time business hours
