I am looking for a talented short form video editor to help me grow my independent music brand.

This is not a content farm. I am not looking for AI generated slop, copy paste edits, or someone trying to pump out hundreds of generic videos.

I care about human creativity, storytelling, rhythm, and quality.

Expert level video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro)
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling
Ability to edit on rhythm and understand music timing
Reliable with deadlines, revisions, and communication
Organized with files and workflow
Able to follow SOPs while improving the process with your own creativity

Musical background is a major advantage and will be prioritized.

How It Works:
I will start with a paid trial edit.

If successful:
Batch edits of 5 to 10 videos
Starting at $5 per edit
Goal of 20 to 30 edits/month initially
More volume = more pay
Higher quality = higher pay

I am looking for someone who wants to build long term with a real artist and creative brand, not someone looking for a quick gig.

Exceptional editors can grow into a consistent monthly role with increased compensation.
