AI video creators for UGC content and video editors

Hiring: AI Video Creator (AI Character Specialist) & Video Editor for Cryptocurrency Content

We're growing our content team and are looking to hire two separate roles for long-term work creating high-quality short-form videos for cryptocurrency projects.

Role 1: AI Character Specialist

We're looking for someone experienced with AI tools who can create multiple AI characters daily for short-form content.

Responsibilities:

• Create realistic AI-generated characters that match our provided scripts.
• Generate natural, high-quality voiceovers with voices that fit each character.
• Deliver polished AI character clips ready for editing.
• Produce content consistently on a daily basis while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI video generation tools.
• Ability to create realistic, engaging AI avatars.
• Strong understanding of voice cloning or AI voice generation.
• Fast turnaround times and attention to detail.

Role 2: Short-Form Video Editors

We're also hiring an experienced editors to assemble the final videos.

Responsibilities:

• Combine the AI character footage with the videos and images we provide.
• Edit the final video into an engaging short-form format.
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and other effects to match our editing style.
• Deliver polished videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience editing short-form social media content.
• Strong knowledge of pacing, hooks, captions, and viral editing styles.
• Ability to work efficiently with daily content.

Workflow

1. We provide the daily script along with the videos and images for the top half of the content.
2. The AI Character Specialist creates the AI character, including the voiceover.
3. The AI character footage is sent to the Video Editor.
4. The Video Editor combines the AI character with our provided assets, adds all required effects, and delivers the finished video.
