Video Editor for Music Artist (Long Term Opportunity)

I am looking for a talented short form video editor to help grow an independent artist brand.

I am not looking for generic AI edits. This role is about taste, aesthetics, storytelling, and creating content that feels like an artist brand.

Looking For:
Strong short form video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro)
Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, fonts, and visual identity
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling
Ability to create engaging performance based content
Ability to edit music clips with rhythm and emotional timing
Creative ideas for improving content and making videos stand out
Reliable with deadlines, revisions, and communication
Organized with files and workflow

This is an artist focused role. A strong sense of style and visual taste is extremely important.

Experience with music, fashion, creative direction, or visual arts is a major advantage.

How It Works:
I will start with a paid trial edit.

If successful:
Batch edits of 5 to 10 videos
Starting at $5 per edit
Goal of 20 to 30 edits/month initially
More volume = more pay
Higher quality = higher pay

The goal is to build a long term creative relationship.

Exceptional editors will receive increased compensation and responsibility as the brand grows.

I am looking for someone who wants to build with an independent artist, not someone looking for a quick gig.

The right person will have a real eye for aesthetics, understand how to make performance content compelling, and bring creative ideas beyond basic editing.
