Real Estate Cold Caller (Full-Time) | $4.50/hr + $150 Commission

DH Capital Enterprises LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated full-time Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, speaks excellent English, and is comfortable making outbound calls to homeowners.

You'll be responsible for calling property owners using our dialer, following a proven script, identifying motivated sellers, asking qualifying questions, and entering accurate notes into our CRM. Previous cold calling or sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train someone with a great attitude who is coachable, dependable, and eager to learn.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time (U.S.), which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks.

Compensation starts at $4.50 USD per hour, plus a $150 USD commission for every lead you personally generate that results in a successfully funded and closed real estate transaction. Top performers will also have opportunities for performance-based pay increases and long-term growth within the company.

To be considered, you should have excellent spoken English, a reliable internet connection, a quality USB headset, a quiet workspace, and basic computer skills. Experience using a CRM is a plus but not required.
