Job Application Support — $6/hr, 20 hrs/month

Here’s my offer — starting with a trial.

The work: applying to jobs on my behalf using my CV, writing tailored cover letters, and keeping a simple tracker of everything submitted.

Target roles:

• $100K+ base salary
• Based in the United States or the Netherlands
• Focus keywords: sustainability, innovation, carbon markets, ESG, climate finance, partnerships, business development

Process:

• Cover letters built from a standardized template, then fine-tuned per posting (I’ll use Reply using.ai to check/adjust keywords)
• Target: [X] applications per week
• Tracker: job title, company, link, date submitted, status — shared with me weekly

Before we start, please send over:

• Everything I’ll need to onboard you as a virtual assistant (contact info, availability/time zone, payment details, tools you use)
• Links to your social profiles
• Your CV/background, specifically any HR experience or experience with ATS (applicant tracking systems) — this is directly relevant to the work

Once you’ve submitted all of the above, send me a LinkedIn connection request so I can see your LinkedIn experience and performance. We will need to work with all hiring managers and leads so HR skills and being self motivating is key. For every offer of over $100,000 I will give you commission.

Terms:

Rate: $6/hour

Time: up to 4 hours/week (20 hours/month total)

This is just the beginning. If the trial goes well, there’s more scope down the line — business-level work at a higher rate. Let’s prove out the trial first, then talk about what’s next.
