3D Renderer Needed for Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels ($7/Render)

We are a home remodeling company generating client estimates for kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. We need a skilled 3D modeler/renderer to help us create photorealistic (or clean architectural-style) renders based on rough measurements, photos, and layout descriptions we provide.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D renders of kitchen and bathroom layouts from provided photos, measurements, and/or sketches
• Apply realistic materials/finishes (cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, fixtures) based on our direction
• Deliver 2-3 angles per render request in a fast turnaround (24-48 hours per job)
• Make minor revisions based on client feedback
• Maintain consistent style/quality across projects

Requirements:

• Proficient in SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software
• Strong portfolio showing kitchen/bathroom or interior renders
• Fast turnaround and reliable communication
• Attention to detail on measurements and proportions

Pay: $7 USD per render (2-3 angles included per render)
Volume: Ongoing work, multiple renders per week depending on client estimate volume
