Shopify Product Lister & Virtual Assistant (Long-Term | Shopify | Google Sheets)

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team.

Your main responsibility will be uploading products to multiple Shopify stores.

We have developed our own software that automatically creates almost the entire product listing. This means that around 90% of the work is already completed before you even open Shopify.

Your responsibility is to perform a fast but accurate quality check before the product goes live. We value speed, consistency and attention to detail.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Upload products using our internal software.
• Perform a final quality check inside Shopify.
• Verify titles, descriptions, pricing, images, variants and product settings.
• Check that the correct language, formatting and product details have been applied.
• Follow our SOPs carefully.
• Track your working hours using Clockify.

Since our software automates most of the process, there is no need to spend excessive time on each product. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

This is a long-term position with daily work across multiple Shopify stores.

Additional responsibilities (preferred):

• Google Sheets
• Data Entry
• Updating operational spreadsheets
• Maintaining daily Profit & Loss (P&L) sheets
• Collecting sales data from Shopify
• Collecting supplier costs from supplier portals
• Administrative tasks
• Communicating with suppliers
• General Virtual Assistant work
• Team supervision (if experienced)

We're looking for someone who is broadly employable. If you have experience beyond product listing, we'd love to hear about it.

Requirements:

• Shopify experience is a plus.
• Product listing experience is preferred.
• Google Sheets or Excel experience.
• Data Entry experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to follow SOPs accurately.
• Reliable, organized and proactive.
• Good written English.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience with operations, reporting or team supervision is a plus.

Availability:

We are looking for someone who is available 7 days per week.

This does not mean working full days every day. Products need to be uploaded every day, including weekends, so we need someone who can check in daily and complete the assigned tasks when required.
