Meta Ads Media Buyer (E-commerce, EU/NL market)

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to take full ownership of our Meta advertising for a fast-growing Dutch e-commerce brand.

The Role:
We need someone who takes full ownership of our Meta ad account. You are the expert, we won't tell you what to do; you tell us what's required:

• You know exactly what type of content, angles, hooks, and ad settings are required to make ads profitable — you brief our in-house content team and they deliver.
• DO everything else that is needed to generate profitable sales (you as expert should know what this is)
• Focus on profitable new-customer acquisition, not vanity ROAS inflated by retargeting

We handle content production and customer service. You handle everything in Meta.

Markets & Goal:
-Start: Netherlands + Belgium

• After proven success: scale fast to Germany (minimum) and further EU markets
• The goal is simple: profitable ads, fast. Once profitable, we scale aggressively.

Expectations:
We expect results, and we expect them fast. If there are no results, the collaboration doesn't work, for either of us. Great results will be rewarded.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years running Meta ads for e-commerce webshops (not lead gen, not local businesses)
• Proven results: you must include screenshots of ad accounts you managed, showing spend and results over at least 6 months — applications without this will not be reviewed
• Strong creative-testing mindset: you know that at our budget level, creative wins over targeting tricks
• Experience with EU markets is a big plus

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly fee, aligned with experience
• Performance bonus
• We start with a paid trial month on our account — you get paid, we both see if it's a fit
• High potential for long-term involvement as the brand scales
