Dispute/chargeback Manager Dropshipping business (paypal & Creditcard)

We are looking for an experienced Dispute Manager to join our growing e-commerce team. This is a remote, position with flexible working hours in a business thats growing.

Please only apply if you have proven experience handling PayPal and credit card chargebacks. Experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PayPal and credit card disputes from start to finish.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding disputes, orders, and returns.
• Gather and submit evidence for chargebacks.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clear records using spreadsheets.
• Help improve our dispute management system.
• Monitor and report dispute win/loss rates.
• Keep structure and overview in the work

Requirements

• Proven experience handling PayPal and credit card chargebacks.
• Strong customer support and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel.
