We are looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant who can help us build our online presence through engaging marketing campaigns and professional video content.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Create engaging social media graphics using Canva
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Assist with LinkedIn marketing and personal branding for the founder
• Write AI-related social media posts using ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools
• Create presentation graphics and marketing materials
• Update website content when required
• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research on AI trends and competitors
• Help maintain a content calendar
• Monitor engagement and prepare simple analytics reports

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience editing videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Canva experience
• Understanding of LinkedIn marketing
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
