Appointment Setter — Full Time, Remote US Hours

We’re hiring two Remote Appointment Setters for a US-based marketing agency in the residential house cleaning industry.

Your role is simple: respond to inbound homeowner leads, qualify them, answer basic questions, provide quotes using our system, and book cleaning appointments directly onto the calendar for our cleaning company partners.

You’ll be speaking with homeowners across the US who are actively looking for house cleaning services. Speed, communication, organization, and confidence on the phone matter a lot in this role.

You’ll work closely with our internal team and become a key part of helping local cleaning businesses grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Call and text inbound homeowner leads quickly after they come in
• Qualify homeowners and gather cleaning details
• Use our pricing system to provide quotes
• Book appointments directly onto the calendar
• Follow up with unresponsive leads
• Handle basic objections and questions confidently
• Update lead notes and statuses inside our CRM
• Communicate with the internal team through Slack

• Comfortable speaking on the phone for multiple hours per day
• Strong spoken and written English
• Friendly, confident, and conversational
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups
• Fast responder and dependable

• Coachable and willing to improve
• Able to work independently remotely

• Home services or cleaning industry experience

TOOLS

GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Workspace, and calling/texting software.

Experience with any is a plus, but we can train the right person.

DETAILS

• full-time immediate start
• Opportunity for additional hours based on performance
• Must be available during US Eastern Time hours
• Performance bonuses available based on booked appointments and consistency
