AMAZON STORE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Upload and update product listings
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability
• Process and track customer orders
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Monitor account health, reviews, and seller feedback
• Assist with pricing updates and promotions
• Prepare basic sales and inventory reports
• Conduct product and competitor research
• Support other Amazon Seller Central tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience using Amazon Seller Central is preferred
• Familiarity with product listing and keyword research
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written English communication
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Willing to learn new tools and processes
