Customer Success Manager (Part-Time, 20 hrs/wk) — Onboarding & Account Management
Confidential employer
Customer Success Manager — Part-Time (20 hrs/week, Mon–Fri)
We're an e-commerce marketing agency looking for a Customer Success Manager who genuinely enjoys making clients feel taken care of.
This isn't a ticket-closing role. You'll own the client relationship from the ---------- nt they sign — welcoming them, getting them set up, keeping them informed, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you're the kind of person who notices when a client has gone quiet and follows up before they have to chase you, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
Onboard new clients — run welcome calls or welcome sequences, collect what we need to get started, and make sure their first two weeks feel smooth and organized
Manage client accounts — keep account details, documents, and project status current and organized
Daily client communication — respond to client messages, answer questions, and keep them updated on where things stand
Proactive follow-up — chase down missing information, confirm approvals, check in after deliverables go out
Coordinate internally — loop in the right person on our team and follow up until the client's request is actually resolved
Keep records clean — document conversations, action items, and next steps so nothing gets lost
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role
Excellent written English — you can write a clear, warm, professional email without it needing edits. This is non-negotiable
Strong organization and follow-through — you track your own to-dos and don't need reminding
Reliable availability Monday–Friday with some overlap with US business hours
Stable internet and a quiet place to work
Big Plus (Not Required)
Spoken English fluency and comfort on the phone or Zoom — we'd love someone who can run onboarding calls and check-ins directly with clients
Experience with Slack, Google Drive, Google Forms, and Google Workspace
Prior experience at a marketing agency or with e-commerce brands
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion)
What We Offer
Consistent 15-20 hrs/week, Monday through Friday
Performance Bonuses based on client retention and satisfaction
Long-term role with room to grow as we expand — including the potential for expanded hours
Direct access to leadership, no bureaucracy
