Marketing Virtual Assistant

We're a growing marketing agency that helps local businesses in the US get more customers.
Seeking to hire an experienced and reliable Marketing Assistant to help with day-to-day marketing/operational tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make money, grow with a small team, and support our a long-term development company.

What You'll Do --
Set up and manage ad campaigns
Build simple landing pages and forms
Update CRM and track leads
Create basic graphics using Canva
Write ad copy and sequences
Organize files and documents
Communicate with team via Slack
Help with general admin tasks as needed

Requirements --
1+ years experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Familiar with landing page builders (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Basic Canva skills
Good written English
Reliable internet connection
Available during US business hours (at least 4-6 hours overlap)
Self-starter who can figure things out

Nice to Have --
Experience with GoHighLevel
Experience in home services or contractor marketing
Basic video editing skills
Copywriting experience

Compensation --
$800 - $1,200/month + bonuses (based on experience)
Full-time
Bonuses for great performance
Room to grow as we scale
