Contractor Recruitment & Operations Coordinator (Remote)

We are a growing U.S.-based commercial and residential contractor management company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Contractor Recruitment & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Your primary responsibility is to build and manage a network of qualified contractors across the United States. You will research and recruit contractors through Facebook , Craigslist, Google, LinkedIn, and other online platforms, conduct initial screenings, verify licenses and qualifications, review previous work, and organize everything into our internal database.

Responsibilities include:

• Search for contractors across multiple online platforms.
• Contact and screen contractors using our interview process.
• Verify licenses, insurance, certifications, and online presence.
• Review portfolios and previous work.
• Schedule interviews with qualified contractors.
• Maintain an organized contractor database.
• Update contractor availability and service areas.
• Follow detailed SOPs while working independently.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency.
• Assist with special research and operational projects.
