VIDEO EDITORS WANTED

?We run a large short-form content operation, our clips pull millions of views across a big network of accounts, and we're expanding the editing team. This is a long-term position, not a one-time gig, and we're only looking for the best. If you're average, this isn't for you.

The work: Editing OmeTV footage into short viral clips. You'll be watching recorded sessions, finding the best ---------- nts, and cutting them into clips that tell a story, a clip has to have a beginning, a punchline and a payoff that makes sense on its own, not just random funny seconds glued together. If you don't know how to make a story out of a video, don't apply. Fully edited clips with sound effects and clean cuts, plus fast raw cuts of the same ---------- nts. We provide all the footage and there's always more than you can finish.

Requirements:

This is full-time work, not a side gig. The daily volume is a full day of editing, if you can only give it 2-3 hours, don't apply.
Fast, stable internet. You'll be downloading long raw footage files every day.
A computer that handles video editing smoothly.

The pay: Per clip. Based on your performance we choose your rate, and from there everything is in your hands: no hourly, no time tracker, no fixed schedule, the more clips you produce the more you earn. Monthly earnings are around $800-1,200. Payments twice a month, on the 1st and 15th, always on time.

Who we're looking for: Only the best. Broadly experienced editors who've edited different kinds of content and know how to build a story with sense, good timing and clean cuts. Every clip goes through review and only approved work is paid. We take editing seriously, we choose very few people, and we keep the ones who deliver.
