YouTube Video Editor – Reaction Content (Part-Time / Ad-Hoc)

*About the Role*
I'm looking for a skilled, reliable video editor to help edit long-form reaction videos for my YouTube channel. My content focuses on reacting to TV shows and movies, with commentary and opinions woven throughout. This is an ongoing, part-time freelance role for someone who wants a consistent weekly workload and the opportunity to grow alongside a channel that's actively diversifying its content.

*What You'll Be Doing*

• Edit 1–2 long-form reaction videos per week, turning 90–180 minutes of raw footage into a polished 35–75 minute final video
• Structure edits in a way that keeps viewers engaged while staying mindful of copyright best practices for reaction content
• Maintain consistency with my existing editing style and pacing
• Collaborate on evolving the edit style as the channel grows and content formats diversify

*What I'm Looking For*

• Experience: Proven experience editing long-form reaction videos (please share examples/portfolio)
• Copyright awareness: Understanding of how to structure reaction edits to minimize copyright strikes/claims
• Software: Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (preferred); strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro also welcome
• Communication: Advanced to fluent English skills, both written and spoken, for smooth collaboration
• Availability: Able to commit to roughly 8–10 hours per week and start immediately
• Growth mindset: Comfortable adapting your editing approach as the channel expands into new formats
