Success Formula is a fast-growing youth entrepreneurship brand built around creator and entrepreneur Shawn Lynch. Our mission is to teach young people the 7 skills school never taught them. We produce over 600 pieces of content every month across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook , Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn, reaching tens of thousands of young people and parents every day.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to take over our daily content posting operation. This is a remote position and you can work from anywhere in the world. Your job is simple: every day you will receive a folder of approved videos, post them on all social media platforms, and log the links in our project management tool ClickUp. Everything is organized for you. You just need to be consistent, on time, and pay close attention to detail.

This is a daily role. You must be available to post content every day, including weekends. Reliability is the most important quality we are looking for.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
? Go into ClickUp each day and find the approved video folder link
? Download all approved videos from Google Drive
? Do a quick final check on each video before posting
? Find the correct caption for each video inside ClickUp
? Post every video on all 7 platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook , Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn
? Schedule the next day posts so the calendar is always filled one day ahead
? Paste the live post link for every post into ClickUp after posting
? Do a final check to confirm all posts went live
? Tag Pipeline Parker in ClickUp when your daily tasks are complete
? Report any platform errors or failed posts to your manager immediately

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
? You are reliable and show up every day and complete your tasks on time
? You have experience posting on social media platforms
? You are comfortable using Google Drive and ClickUp (we will train you)
? You pay close attention to detail and notice when something looks wrong
? You communicate clearly and quickly if there is a problem
? You can follow a step by step process without needing constant supervision
? Good internet connection for uploading and downloading video files daily
? English reading and writing ability to copy captions correctly

BONUS — NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

• Experience with scheduling tools such as Later or Buffer
• Familiarity with short-form video content and social media trends
• Experience working with a content creator or brand
