Creator Sourcing Agent (Influencer Research & Vetting) for VIXA - Loom Video Required

VIXA (www.vixaapp.ai) is an AI dating clarity app built for women, growing on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ---------- are building a creator program: real creators making content about VIXA. Your job is to find them.

THE ROLE
You are our Creator Sourcing Agent. Every week, you hunt for UGC creators and small influencers who fit our brand, vet them against a detailed checklist, and deliver an organized shortlist. Our Creator Manager takes it from there, so your job is 100 percent focused: find, vet, organize, deliver.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY WEEK

• Search TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for women creators in dating, lifestyle, beauty, and wellness niches (mostly United States based creators)
• Run every creator through our full vetting standard (see below) before they reach the shortlist
• Log everything neatly into our ---------- tracker (I will train you on the board)
• Send first touch outreach messages using our templates, with a personalized opening line for each creator
• Deliver a weekly shortlist of your 20 best finds with your notes

OUR VETTING STANDARD (READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING)
This is not a "collect Instagram handles" job. Every single creator you source gets a full workup in our ---------- system before I ever see them:

• Pull their last 10 posts and record average views, average likes, and average comments
• Calculate engagement rate and the views to followers ratio, which is how we catch fake followers
• Judge comment quality: real conversations from real people, or generic pods and bots
• Record posting frequency and last post date, because inactive creators waste our money
• Write niche fit notes: WHY this creator fits VIXA's audience of Gen Z and millennial women
• Flag anything concerning in red flag notes
• Write one personalized opener line for their outreach message

PAY STRUCTURE (PERFORMANCE BASED)
This role pays for finished work, not hours: a $50 weekly base, plus $4 for every fully completed creator workup that passes review (target 20 per week), plus a $25 bonus for every creator you sourced who becomes an active VIXA creator. Strong performers earn $520 to $620 or more per month working part time, paid reliably every week. A workup only counts when every field is complete: metrics, comment quality, niche fit notes, red flags, posting frequency, contact email , and the personalized opener.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with influencer research, creator sourcing, lead generation, or similar detail heavy online research work
• You know your way around TikTok and Instagram: engagement rates, spotting fake followers, judging content quality
• Extremely organized and consistent: this role is systems and follow through, not creativity
• Strong written English for outreach messages
• Reliable internet and availability for a weekly check in call (Eastern Time morning, which is evening in the Philippines)
• Bonus: experience with ---------- or any project tracker, or past work for a beauty, dating, or lifestyle brand
