About the Role

Pivyt is a US-based (Pennsylvania) done-for-you systems and marketing agency. We run GoHighLevel builds, paid ads, SEO, content, and web development for roughly 17 active clients — med spas, restaurants, property management, home services, gun ranges, ecommerce brands, and consultants.

We are not a churn-and-burn agency. Clients stay with us for years because our systems actually work. That means we need someone who builds things properly the first time and can be trusted to own a client's backend without hand-holding.

The Role

You are the technical backbone of our client delivery. Roughly 70% of your week is GoHighLevel — building sub-accounts, workflows, funnels, pipelines, and integrations. The other 30% is real development work — websites, custom code, API connections, and automation outside of GHL.

This is a jack-of-all-trades role. Some days you're wiring a 12-step nurture automation with conditional logic and webhook triggers. Some days you're building a landing page. Some days you're debugging why a Zapier-to-GHL handoff is dropping fields. You need to be genuinely comfortable in all of it.

What You'll Do

GoHighLevel (primary)

Build and configure client sub-accounts from snapshots; create and maintain new snapshots
Build multi-step workflows and automations: lead routing, nurture sequences, appointment reminders, review requests, reactivation campaigns, conditional branching, custom values, math/date operations
Build funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, and websites inside GHL using our templates
Set up pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, custom objects, and triggers
Handle A2P 10DLC registration, LC Phone/email configuration, domain connection, DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
Wire up integrations: webhooks, inbound webhooks, API calls inside workflows, Zapier/Make/n8n handoffs
Build reporting dashboards and troubleshoot attribution/tracking issues
Document what you build so the rest of the team can support it

Development (secondary)

Build and maintain client websites — Astro on Vercel is our standard; also WordPress/Elementor and GHL template sites
Write clean HTML/CSS/JS, and custom code inside GHL funnels when native features fall short
Build small internal tools and API integrations (Node/Python)
Connect and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and conversion tracking
n8n automations for internal and client workflows

General

Record short Loom walkthroughs explaining what you built
Communicate proactively in ClickUp and Slack — flag blockers early, don't go silent
Diagnose problems yourself before escalating. We want someone who investigates, not someone who forwards the error message.
Required Experience
2+ years hands-on with GoHighLevel. This is non-negotiable. You should be able to talk about custom values, workflow triggers vs. actions, snapshot limitations, and what breaks during a sub-account migration without looking anything up.
Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with at least one modern framework (Astro, React, Next.js, Vue) — Astro is what we use
Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication flows
Experience with an automation platform — n8n, Make, or Zapier
WordPress experience (Elementor or similar builder)
DNS and domain configuration
Written English strong enough to write clear client-facing documentation
Reliable internet and a computer that can handle screen recording plus multiple browser profiles
Nice to Have
n8n specifically (we're standardizing on it)
Shopify, Klaviyo, or ecommerce tracking stacks
Node.js or Python for backend/scripting work
Supabase, Firebase, or similar
Google Sheets/Apps Script
Experience working with a US marketing agency
AI/LLM API experience (OpenAI, Anthropic) for building automation tooling
Who This Is Not For
Anyone who has "used GHL a few times" — we will find out in week one
Anyone who needs a task broken into ten sub-steps before they can start
Anyone juggling three other clients. This is a full-time seat.
What You Get
Steady, long-term full-time work with a stable agency
Paid twice monthly, on time, every time
Philippine holidays observed
Paid time off after 6 months
Real ownership — you'll run the technical side of client accounts, not just execute tickets
We pay for tools and training you need
