Content & Automation VA for AI Education / Digital Marketing Business

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, reliable Virtual Assistant to support a growing AI-education and digital marketing business. The #1 priority for this role is consistent content — someone who can help keep content flowing on a steady schedule without things falling through the cracks.

What You'll Do
Support content creation using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DALL-E, MidJourney, Higgsfield, etc.)
Edit and prepare content using Canva and CapCut
Help manage and schedule posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms
Set up and maintain simple systems/workflows so content production runs smoothly and consistently
Assist with light automations to streamline repetitive tasks
Tools/Platforms You Should Know
Design/Editing: Canva, CapCut
Social Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (or similar)
AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DALL-E, MidJourney, Higgsfield (or similar AI content tools)

What Makes a Great Fit
Highly organized — comfortable building and following simple systems/workflows to keep content consistent
Some prior VA or content experience preferred
Comfortable working with AI tools daily (not intimidated by learning new ones)
Reliable and proactive — flags issues or delays early rather than letting deadlines slip
Good written communication

Pay & Hours
$3–$5/hour, based on experience
10–20 hours/week
