Cold Calling Specialist - Outbound Sales Representative

JU.MP Web Design is hiring a motivated outbound sales representative to help us connect with small businesses throughout the United States.

Your main responsibility will be finding potential clients through Google Maps, contacting business owners, explaining our services, and scheduling qualified meetings directly into our calendar.

This position starts as a part-time role (4 hours/day, Monday–Friday) with the opportunity for full-time employment for employees who consistently perform well.

Responsibilities:

• Find potential clients using Google Maps and online directories

• Cold call small businesses in the United States

• Follow a provided sales script and communicate professionally

• Schedule meetings with interested business owners

• Track calls, leads, and follow-ups

• Understand US time zones and make calls only during appropriate business hours for each state

• Adjust calling times based on the location of the business being contacted

WAGE/SALARY *

$500/month + 10% commission on every client closed through your efforts exceeding the monthly minimum expected + 10% performance raises every 25 clients closed through your efforts

Monday–Friday
4 hours/day during US business hours
