eBay Listing Virtual Assistant (Product Research & Listing Specialist)

I own a growing eBay resale business. We sell a variety of products including:

Health & Beauty
Supplements
Electronics
Automotive Parts
Books
Cameras
General merchandise

I am looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to create professional eBay listings.

This is NOT a customer service position.

Your only job is to create high-quality eBay listing drafts.

I will provide product photos through Google Drive.

Responsibilities
Research sold listings on eBay
Create optimized eBay titles using keywords buyers search
Choose the correct category
Fill out item specifics
Write a simple professional description
Price competitively based on sold listings
Save the listing as a draft for my approval
Requirements
Excellent written English
Experience with eBay preferred
Strong research skills
Detail oriented
Reliable internet connection
Fast learner
Honest and dependable
Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

You will NOT be making final pricing decisions.

Your job is to:

Research.

Draft.

Organize.

I will review and publish listings.

Performance bonuses based on:

This position has long-term potential.

Example Workflow
I upload photos to Google Drive.
You create an eBay draft.
I review.
I publish.
Repeat.
Daily Goal

Initially:

10–20 listings per day

Eventually:

50+ listings per day
