Requirements (MUST HAVE):

• Minimum 2 years of experience dispatching for a U.S. home services company.
• Experience managing customers and technicians through WhatsApp.
• Experience using Workiz CRM (required).
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Reliable computer, fast internet, and backup power/internet.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Dispatch and coordinate technicians.
• Follow up with customers and update job statuses.
• Manage daily operations inside Workiz CRM.
