Part-Time Podcast VA – Riverside.fm, Canva & Social Media Scheduling ($6–$8/hr)

I host a US-based sports podcast. I am looking for an organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the weekly publishing process using Riverside.fm, Canva, YouTube Studio, and social media platforms.

I record 2 episodes per week. I handle the recording and clip selections inside Riverside. Your job is to execute the publishing assets, create thumbnails, upload the videos, and schedule all posts.

Your Responsibilities Each Week (2 Episodes/Week):
Clip Formatting (Riverside.fm):

Export the 5 approved vertical clips per episode from Riverside.

Apply our saved brand template (colors, font, frame) and dynamic subtitles.

Do a quick skim to fix any typos in player/team names in the automated captions.

Graphic Design (Canva):

Create 2 custom YouTube Thumbnails using our pre-made Canva template (swap photos, update episode text).

Uploading & Scheduling (YouTube & Spotify):

Upload the main video to YouTube Studio: paste provided AI titles/descriptions, add chapter timestamps, attach thumbnail, and schedule.

Upload the main episode to Spotify for Podcasters.

Multi-Channel Short Clips (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts):

Upload and schedule 10 short vertical clips per week (5 per show) across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels/Meta Business Suite.
