About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a proven background in recruiting Short-Staff Nurses and Travel Nurses for the US healthcare industry.

This is a part-time remote position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

We are looking for a plug-and-play recruiter who can immediately contribute with minimal training. This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified Short-Staff Nurses and Travel Nurses for US healthcare facilities.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate interviews and assist throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Follow up with candidates in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the internal team to meet staffing deadlines.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Previous experience recruiting Short-Staff Nurses and Travel Nurses for the US healthcare industry.
• Experience working with a US healthcare staffing agency.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

English Communication

This role requires exceptional communication skills.

You must have:

• 10/10 written English skills
• 10/10 spoken English skills

You will be communicating directly with healthcare professionals and internal tea ---------- mbers, so professionalism and fluency in English are essential.
