Remote Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced digital marketing professional in the Philippines to manage and grow the online presence of my U.S.-based non-medical home care agency, Comfort Angels Home Care.

This may be a long-term position for one highly skilled person or a small team. I need someone creative, reliable, organized, and experienced in both organic marketing and paid advertising.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and schedule social media posts across Facebook , Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms
• Design professional, branded graphics and maintain an organized content library
• Write captions, advertising copy, video scripts, blogs, email s, and landing-page content
• Edit short-form videos and use AI tools to help create high-quality content
• Post daily Google Business Profile updates and respond professionally to reviews
• Write long-form SEO blog posts targeting local home care searches
• Build and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Create landing pages, lead forms, email automations, and retargeting campaigns
• Configure Meta Pixel and other tracking systems
• Build Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting audiences
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, cost per lead, ROI, and ROAS
• Manage comments, messages, and basic social media moderation
• Maintain and improve our website chatbot, including text-message alerts for new inquiries
• Help create and manage referral campaigns for families and professional referral partners
• Assist with promotional campaigns and contests, including landing pages, nomination forms, email follow-ups, calendars, and administration
• Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports

Important requirements:

• All advertising campaigns must be created inside my company’s Meta and Google Ads accounts
• Comfort Angels must retain full ownership and administrator access to all accounts, campaigns, landing pages, audiences, creative files, data, and tracking systems
• Advertising costs will be paid directly by Comfort Angels to Meta and Google
• No client information or account access may be shared with anyone without permission
• Strong written and spoken English is required
• You must be dependable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
• Previous experience marketing home care, healthcare, senior services, or another local service business is preferred
• You must be able to show examples of your work and actual campaign results
