About Us
A List Therapy Group is a fast-growing healthcare staffing company that partners with home health agencies throughout California. We are looking for a highly organized, accountable, and proactive Supervisor of Staffing & Marketing to lead our Staffing & Marketing Department and ensure exceptional service for both our therapists and agency partners.
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Supervise, lead, and coach a team of 8–10 Virtual Assistants (VAs).
Ensure all patient referrals are staffed quickly and efficiently.
Monitor staffing turnaround times and ensure cases are assigned without unnecessary delays.
Coordinate closely with the Marketing and Recruiting departments to identify staffing shortages, hiring needs, and growth opportunities.
Ensure all department email s, requests, and follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally.
Assist with staffing difficult or urgent cases when necessary.
Communicate professionally with therapists, home health agencies, and internal staff by phone and email .
Prepare productivity reports, staffing reports, and other operational metrics using Google Sheets.
Monitor team performance, review calls, provide coaching, and implement performance improvements.
Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable to company standards, productivity goals, and service expectations.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Escalate urgent issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer service while balancing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or customer service is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Docs.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls to therapists and healthcare agencies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret reports.
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
Ability to coach employees, provide constructive feedback, and build a high-performing team.
Technical Requirements
Applicants must have:
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Stable electrical power with no frequent power interruptions.
Backup power solution (generator, UPS, or equivalent) to ensure uninterrupted work.
Dual-monitor workstation (minimum of two screens).
Quiet, professional work environment suitable for phone calls and virtual meetings.
