Lead Generation Specialist

We are expanding our team. We own and operate websites that generate exclusive inbound customer leads. Our job is to connect leads with great local contractors while building long-term partnerships with those businesses.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and is confident on the phone.

What You'll Do

-Every day you'll be communicating with both homeowners and business owners.

Your responsibilities include:

-Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and website leads
-Qualify incoming homeowner leads
-Research local contractors that can service each lead
-Cold call business owners
-Introduce our free lead program
-Transfer qualified homeowner leads to contractors
-Build relationships with contractors
-Schedule appointments between interested business owners and our sales team
-Update Airtable
-Communicate with the team through Slack

Required Experience

You should have experience in one or more of the following:

-Cold calling
-Appointment setting
-Business development
-Inside sales
-Lead generation
-Customer service involving high phone volume

Experience speaking with U.S.-based customers is strongly preferred.

Compensation
-$4.00 USD/hour
-Full-time (40 hours/week)
$50 bonus for every contractor that becomes a paying client
-Paid bi-weekly via PayPal
-10 days PTO annually
-Paid U.S. and Philippine holidays

Monday-Friday

9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST (U.S. time)
