About Us

A USA premium leather goods brand. We've been crafting premium leather goods for 10 years and are already carried in several hundred stores. We're looking for a tea ---------- mber to continue and grow our outreach.

The Role

We sell through thoughtful, personalized outreach — not mass blasts. You'll own the full outbound cycle over email : finding the right accounts, building targeted prospect lists, and writing one-to-one email s that open doors and land new wholesale and partnership accounts.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who genuinely enjoys research, writing, and the hunt. If you like the craft of a well-written email and the satisfaction of turning a cold contact into a customer, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists of country clubs, brands, and men's stores
• Research each prospect and identify the right decision-maker to reach
• Write personalized, one-by-one outreach email s — no templated mass sends
• Manage follow-ups and keep every conversation moving toward a close
• Track outreach, replies, and results, and refine your approach over time
• Represent a 10-year-old premium brand with professionalism and care

Who You Are

• Proven outbound sales or business development experience, ideally B2B
• Strong, natural writer who can be personal and persuasive in email
• Skilled at prospecting and list building — you know how to find good leads and their contact info
• Organized and self-directed; you thrive working remotely and independently
• Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up
• Interest in premium goods, retail, or wholesale is a plus

-Must be able to work 730am-4pm M-F USA Chicago Time (Central)
