About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Media Buyer to manage high-budget lead generation campaigns on Ads Manager. This is not a junior role. You’ll fully own performance — from setup to daily optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads accounts
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
- Test audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Track spend and projections in Google Sheets
- Provide clear insights and optimization recommendations
Requirements
- 1+ year Meta Ads experience (lead gen only)
- Managed $50k+/month budgets
- Proficient in Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, Canva
- Data-driven, proactive, self-starter
