Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Weekends Off)
Salary: $1,100/month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Home Care Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers to support our home care clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract caregiver candidates through job boards and social media
Screen applicants and conduct interviews
Coordinate hiring process and onboarding
Maintain candidate pipelines and records
Work closely with the team to meet hiring goals

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment (healthcare or home care preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Reliable internet connection
