Capcut / TikTok Video Editor

You will be making UGC Videos for Trybe, TikTok shop, etc. using CapCut, Edits or the video editing software of your choice. The editing process is fairly simple and straightforward. I'm looking for anyone who is proficient in video editing and who should have no problem with the basic tasks such as:

Cutting dead space in talking head videos
Adding overlay images on screen in the videos
Greenscreen talking head videos
Adding captions to videos
Minor effects such as dynamic zoom, cropping, etc.
Producing b-roll content from voiceover and footage provided, having the ability to digest what is being said and pair up the audio with corresponding footage.
Videos will be between 30-50 seconds long.

Please review a few examples of my content to ensure you are familiar and comfortable with the editing style:
1. Talking head with overlays - adding images provided to you on the screen to support what is being said in the video.

2. Basic talking head - here you are mostly editing dead space and piecing clips together, adding minor effects like crop and zoom to make the frames look more dynamic and seamless.

3. B-roll content - you will be provided a voice over and need to work through the footage to find fitting visuals. A strong understanding of English and social media content is crucial here.

4. Greenscreen content- Same as the 1st description by adding a greenscreen effect to the video while I'm speaking

You will be working hand in hand with me on an extremely viral social media page and there is room for bonuses if deadlines are met and the content performs well!

Requirements:

Communicate via Whatsapp
STRONG English
Attention to detail
Responds in a timely manner to messages & instructions
Delivers 5-10 daily finished edited videos
Correct spelling for captions
Strong internet connection
Previous experience with Capcut / TikTok / Instagram
Good working with a team
Ability to learn and take constructive feedback
Availability to work 3-4h a day (with potential for more and increased salary)
Able to work 5-6 days per week (can take days off whenever as long as mostly consistent)
Can take payments through PayPal
PH or similar time zone

$500/month, 4-5hr a day and after 2 months, a potential salary increase of +$50-75/month if you're helping improve workflows, less than 5% revisions, staying consistent, delivering edited videos on time, and requiring less supervision.

Find the “good” takes of the audio sections and stitch together to complete the voiceover
Find the corresponding footage to match what is being said in the voiceover
Pay close attention to detail in the selection of the clips, the pacing (duration of each scene), cropping, etc.
