Podcast Editor / Producer

Hello,

We're looking for a talented long-form podcast editor to join us on a long-term basis.

Our editing style is clean, engaging and premium, inspired by podcasts such as *Diary of a CEO*. Episodes are typically 20–40 minutes long and begin with a strong hook sequence followed by an introduction voiceover, interlude and outro.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience editing high-quality interview or podcast content
• Has excellent storytelling instincts and creates engaging edits
• Produces a polished, professional finish (video, audio and colour)
• Is reliable, communicates well via WhatsApp and email , and consistently meets deadlines
• Can deliver episodes within 24–48 hours
• Is available to start immediately

We've batch-recorded several episodes, so there's work ready to begin. We're looking to build a long-term working relationship with the right person, with opportunities for additional reel editing as the podcast grows.

Budget: US$50–75 per episode initially, with scope to increase as the podcast grows.
